I came from another dental clinic that made me very anxious regarding my wisdom teeth extraction, but Dr. Guorgui was very helpful and reassuring about the procedure. Whereas the previous surgeon I consulted repeatededly warned me about the risks of nerve damage as my bottom wisdom teeth were near the nerve (and seemed very apathetic to my situation), Dr. Guorgui was confident and, as a result, allowed me to be confident in his skills as well. Surely, he let me know the risks involved, but he didn't make me any more anxious than I needed to be, as he said there is some risk, but the risk is very low in my case. He made sure I was feeling comfortable with the procedure and explained it very clearly to me over the phone before the day of the appointment. The staff and nurses were also very helpful and friendly throughout my entire process, from finding them online to booking an appointment through the phone and being told which documents they needed transferred from my previous dentist, etc. I felt very welcome throughout, and truly felt like a person, a patient requiring help and expertise from the team, rather than just a cash tree (which unfortunately was how I felt for the experience at my previous clinic). I definitely will br recommending Dr. Guorgui and his team to friends and family!
