Extraction was fast an easy, almost forgot I went in for extractions, the directions they sent for after care was clear and extremely helpful for any pain and cleanliness. I came from another dental clinic that made me very anxious regarding my wisdom teeth extraction, but Dr. Guorgui was very helpful and reassuring about the procedure. Whereas the previous surgeon I consulted repeatededly warned me about the risks of nerve damage as my bottom wisdom teeth were near the nerve (and seemed very apathetic to my situation), Dr. Guorgui was confident and, as a result, allowed me to be confident in his skills as well. Surely, he let me know the risks involved, but he didn't make me any more anxious than I needed to be, as he said there is some risk, but the risk is very low in my case. He made sure I was feeling comfortable with the procedure and explained it very clearly to me over the phone before the day of the appointment. The staff and nurses were also very helpful and friendly throughout my entire process, from finding them online to booking an appointment through the phone and being told which documents they needed transferred from my previous dentist, etc. I felt very welcome throughout, and truly felt like a person, a patient requiring help and expertise from the team, rather than just a cash tree (which unfortunately was how I felt for the experience at my previous clinic). I definitely will br recommending Dr. Guorgui and his team to friends and family!

We came to Dr. Guorgui to have my son's wisdom teeth removed. As a mother, any time your child has any kind of procedure done, especially surgery, those levels of fear are definitely elevated. The procedure went well, and we actually experienced true compassion from Dr. Guorgui and staff. From the very beginning, the first phone call that we had with the staff here, they took their time with us, they answered our questions, they made sure that we understood the procedure and the process. Dr. Guorgui very friendly. He took the time that we needed with us. I think he knew that we were nervous, and so he calmed those fears. If I could give any advice to a mom taking their child somewhere to have their teeth extracted, I would say definitely Dr. Guorgui is the Dentist to do it.
