Wisdom Teeth

The team sent over lots of information packets and videos to watch before the surgery which helped alot to ease any nerves I had. When I got there they checked that I was okay with everything and although I don’t remember much it felt like an overall 10/10 experience. I definitely recommend this team for any other dental surgeries!

My 16 year old daughter had her wisdom teeth removed. Her teeth were impacted, and it was a difficult surgery, but she had no bruising, did not require Tylenol 3 and had very little swelling. The nursing staff were very supportive both before and after the surgery and called a few hours after the surgery to check on my daughters recovery. Highly professional and took great care of my daughter.

From email pre - register information package to Dr. Guorgie's phone call the day before the procedure. I felt very at ease for my special needs daughter to have her wisdom tooth taken out by Dr. Guorgie's and his team. Also to the nurse who called me at 8:30 in the evening to check on my daughter, asking questions on how my daughter is feeling and for me to call if I have any problems. Thank you Dr. Guorgie and your team !

It is only day one of the removal of three wisdom teeth- not sure what the week of recovery will bring...but very confident I will heal well...for received excellent care....care was given before the procedure - the Doctor called me a few days before the treatment- plus received videos on what to expect and the care one should take. Overall, my experience was amazing. I was very nervous going into this procedure as I've never had a surgery before. When I first met Dr. Guorgui, I expressed my nervousness and he was more than kind and gave me his reassurance that everything would be perfect-- which it was. The day of the surgery, the nurses were amazing. Again, I expressed my concern and my fear of the procedure to Nurse Alma and she did a fantastic job talking to me and calming me down to distract me from the nerves before the procedure. Post-op, Nurse Maria was kind enough to leave me a message and call me back to ensure I was doing well after the procedure. Although I've never met her, she was very kind and nurturing. I felt very taken care of. I couldn't have asked for a better team perform this procedure.

Dr. Guorgui is very professional and compassionate; he phoned me the night before the procedure and listened to all my concerns and fears. He explained the procedure in details. I even received an email demonstrating what to do before and after the extractions in details. On the day of the extractions, both dr. Guorgui and his staff were very considerate, patient and understanding of my condition. They took every measure to make me comfortable. The extractions went very smooth, way beyond my expectations. I also received a follow up call from his nurse checking on me and how I am feeling. I am really thankful for this great team!

Going into the operation i was a little bit nervous about ivy sedation, but once i sat in the chair and Dr Guorgui walked in, all my worries were gone. His assistants take such good care of you and make the procedure feel quick and easy. During my wisdom tooth extraction i did not feel anything and it felt like i was only sitting there for five minutes. I recommend everyone to go to Dr Guorgui if they need their wisdom teeth removed or any other surgical work done on their teeth. 10/10 experience!
